With a combination of traditional viticulture, organic farming and sustainable production, Puchang Vineyard is bringing the distinctive taste of Turpan to the world and redefining the world’s perception of Chinese wine. Despite the extreme climate and ample sunshine results in amazing wines that present the taste of the terroir, they also work through ecological processes, using only organic, non-chemical substances to farm local grape varieties and produce premium quality wines with low level of sulphites.
