WATCH PHOTOGRAPHY CLASS

Our watch photography class for beginner’s level is back by popular demand again! Join us with horology collector Steven Ho (@perpetual_horology) who will share his love for watch photography and give tips on flat-lay composition, props styling, lighting and post-production editing on your smartphone. Try out these skills during the workshop and take your IG photography to the next level.

G/F - Omotesando Koffee at HAUS

From Tokyo to Hong Kong, an iconic coffee destination

Established in 2012 in the eponymous Tokyo neighbourhood, Omotesando Koffee has grown from a single quaint pop-up to a global brand with cafes in Hong Kong, London, Singapore and Bangkok. Known for their minimalist approach in design combined with strong attention to detail, Omotesando Koffee continues to push the boundaries of Japanese coffee culture around the world.

Returning temporarily to its pop-up roots, Omotesando Koffee will take up residence on the ground floor of HAUS from 5 August to 30 September 2021. Expect a range of Omotesando Koffee classics, from iced cappuccinos to hot matcha lattes, served alongside their iconic cube-shaped kashi and an array of special hot food items.
SIGNATURE OFFERINGS
Sandos
Featuring options from M5 wagyu katsu to Impossible meat, Omotesando’s signature sandwiches are perfect for dine-in or takeaway. Exclusive to the HAUS pop-up is the shrimp katsu sando.
Wagyu Beef Curry
Created in collaboration with Nikushou, the wagyu beef curry comes with fluffy steamed Japanese rice and pickles.
Coffee And Kashi
Omotesando Koffee’s iconic cube-shaped canele is the perfect match for hot or cold coffees, from the signature hand-drip to the iced mochaccino.

A series of dinners exploring the flavours and dishes from generations past. Each chef takes a cue from their roots—reimagining the cuisines that have defined their ancestors dining tables, remixing traditions and culinary histories with their own present experiences.
Stephanie Wong takes inspiration from her family’s roots in Guangdong province, drawing upon nostalgic flavours and ingredients to create a reimagined Chiuchow feast that is equal parts old-school and future facing. Leaning into her French culinary training, Wong creates a menu that spins the familiar into the unexpected.
